Policies

Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To ensure we can best serve our clients, please read the policies below.

Booking Policy

All clients will be required to input a credit card in order to book appointments. Your card will NOT be charged unless you no show your appointment or cancel after the 24 hour notice window.

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 late cancellation charge.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call or email to let us know you cannot make it, you will be charged the full price of your service.


*This not only wastes our time, but takes the spot of another client waiting to get in.  

Waitlist Policy

CJ Esthetics does not keep an ongoing waitlist. Last minute openings will be posted on Facebook and Instagram. These are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Minor Policy

No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the treatment room, unless they are being treated. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and consent forms must be signed in order to receive any treatment.

Chemical Peel and Advanced Treatment Policy

You must be an existing client and on proper homecare to book chemical peels and other advanced treatments.

Refund Policy

All products and services are non-refundable.
